The main purpose of university education is to develop universal sensitivity, problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Acting with the motto of universality and flexibility, our BAU Cyprus offers its students a wide range of elective courses, giving them the ability and competence to deal not only with problems in small local companies but also with those in large international companies.

The Business Administration Program trains future managers who have the ability to solve problems, think quickly, adapt to the circumstances, make appropriate decisions and implement these decisions correctly, have leadership qualities, and specialize in areas such as marketing, sales, human resources and finance.

Business Program Curriculum

In order to graduate from Bahçeşehir Cyprus University, it is necessary to complete a course load of 120 credits. In the first two years, our students take the basic courses required for business (such as introduction to business, economics, accounting, statistics, mathematics). All courses are compulsory in the first two years. Starting from the third year; our student starts to take elective courses in addition to the compulsory courses required for this branch. The elective courses in the third year are General Elective courses and these courses aim to strengthen the student’s view of the world and provide additional skills (such as general psychology, career development and planning, entrepreneurship). In the fourth grade, after our student decides on the field he will specialize in (such as finance, accounting, marketing), they take the specialization courses in this field as a departmental elective.
