Welcome to the Political Science and International Relations Ph.D. program at Istanbul Aydın University.
The mode of instruction in this program is English.
The program offers PhD candidates courses on political theory, comparative politics, international relations theory, foreign policy, Research Methods and Turkish politics and Turkish foreign policy.
The PhD program is designed to provide the students with the necessary theoretical and conceptual knowledge and capability and to enable the successful Phd candidates to write and defend their dissertations in diverse fields of the program and under the supervision of expert faculty staff.
Admission Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- master’s degree
- Transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities for bachelor’s degrees.
- Transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities for master’s degree.
- Research proposal or statement of purpose (if available).
- resume/CV (if available).
- Personal statement or essay (if available).
- Letters of recommendation (usually 1-3), (if available).
- English Qualification certificate or equivalent like TOEFl, IELTS …etc (if available).
- Passport.
- Biometric Photo.
